CybeRegulation carries out a study that identifies the regulatory blockages for the electronic trade of goods and services in Latin America. The book was hired by AHCIET (Spanish American Association of Research Centers and Telecommunication Companies) where they participated experts from the region countries. The book was officially launched on July 2nd, 2001 by Mr. D. Baudilio Tomé Muguruza, Telecommunication Secretary of State for the Society of the Spain Information.
